problems with service and room readiness
room delay cleaning cart absence
the gym was well maintained and had multiple machines.
My room was not ready until 4:30 pm. i had to collect the keys from reception. This departs from the usual practice of keys being delivered to the lounge. the absence of a cleaning cart on my floor made me wonder if i had been overlooked.

quick check-in amiable staff reasonable parking
The hotel provided a quick check-in process. The staff members were amiable. Parking was both easy and reasonable . The hotel features a beautiful view.
I needed to ask to fix water tab in the room. It was running when the bathroom lights turned on

inconsistent cleanliness missing towels
The breakfast buffet offered a large selection of items.
I was disappointed with several aspects of my stay. The room cleanliness was inconsistent. Some days, I had to wait until late afternoon for it to be cleaned. fresh towels were not always provided. This was a major inconvenience.

clean room sea view
the room was clean the bed was comfortable. i liked the sea view from the room it was very calming. the hotel staff helped arrange airport transfer without delays. the breakfast buffet included many options

Acceptable stay, some drawbacks
room size breakfast variety gym equipment cleaning timing towel shortage room service
My room was a King Guest Room. It featured a big space. Breakfast had a good variety of foods. The gym provided sufficient equipment for a good workout.
The room cleaning was not always on time. I had to wait until late afternoon sometimes. Clean towels were sometimes missing after they made the room. The hotel seemed to have shortage problems there.
