problems with service and room readiness
maintained gymroom delaycleaning cart absence
the gym was well maintained and had multiple machines.
My room was not ready until 4:30 pm. i had to collect the keys from reception. This departs from the usual practice of keys being delivered to the lounge. the absence of a cleaning cart on my floor made me wonder if i had been overlooked.

The breakfast buffet offered a large selection of items.
I was disappointed with several aspects of my stay. The room cleanliness was inconsistent. Some days, I had to wait until late afternoon for it to be cleaned. fresh towels were not always provided. This was a major inconvenience.

My room was a King Guest Room. It featured a big space. Breakfast had a good variety of foods. The gym provided sufficient equipment for a good workout.
The room cleaning was not always on time. I had to wait until late afternoon sometimes. Clean towels were sometimes missing after they made the room. The hotel seemed to have shortage problems there.
